Refund & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused kits in their original packaging. Contact our support team to start a return and we'll send instructions. Once the kit is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Return shipping on non-defective items is the customer's responsibility; if an item arrives defective or incorrect, we cover it.
